A Green Township man accused of threatening two women at his home early faced a judge Monday.
A special response team was called to the Ralph Avenue home around 12:30 a.m. Saturday after receiving a report that William Kelly pointed a handgun at the women’s’ heads and threatened to kill them with what the victims thought was a real gun.
The handgun was later found to be a BB gun replica of a Smith and Wesson M&P 40 with the orange tip blacked out.
Kelly is charged with aggravated menacing.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crimestoppers at 352-3040.
