WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?
When referenced in our shipping options, we classify business days as Monday through Friday. This excludes holidays, Act of God events, and any other event that is out of our control that prevents us from being able to operate.
Selecting Rush Delivery as your shipping option speeds up your orders handling time from the current timeframe to (1) business day. This method also includes the expedited shipping method of either FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box do not select FedEx 2-Day as it will not deliver to it. You will need to select the USPS Priority option. Any orders selecting FedEx 2-Day shipping to a P.O. Box will be required to pay for shipping again to have the order re-shipped if necessary.
STANDARD ORDER HANDLING TIME FRAME
Order handling time is currently at (10) business days. This time frame starts the next business day after your order is placed.
ORDER HANDLING TIME FRAME FOR ORDERS WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Orders with expedited shipping will still have to wait the normal handling time frame (listed on the shipping method selected when placing your order). This expedited service only speeds up the actual shipment and not the handling time frame.
To calculate your personal shipping rates simply insert the items that you are interested in to the cart and insert the shipping zip code into the shipping address area. Once this is completed all of the shipping options that apply to your location will be displayed.
Lost or Undeliverable Shipments
In case of a lost shipment, Versacarry® must first receive proof from the carrier that the package has either been lost or is being sent back to us before we will send out a replacement.
Orders being shipped in Texas will have a state mandatory sales tax charged to their shipping fees.
Once a package has left our facility, we cannot be help responsible for delayed or longer than expected shipments. Though we do not have control of the package once it has left our facility, we will do everything in our ability to get the issue resolved.
If for whatever reason product(s) are returned shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Incorrect Shipping Address
In the event that a customer has us ship an order to an incorrect shipping address he/she will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package, as well as any fees associated with the packages transit back to our facility.
Free Shipping and Returns
If free shipping is received on an order and it is returned the customer is responsible for paying the original shipping costs. This cost will be deducted from the refund.
Versacarry® currently only ships within the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico may take longer than the typical transit time expected.
